The Undici A/1 from Gruppo Cimbali is a fully professional Heat Exchanger HX based single group coffee machine. This is an entry level machine that is good for Cafes & Restaurants that sell upto around 70-100 cups of coffee per day on the average.

For a single group machine, the Undici has a relatively large boiler of 5 litres with ample steaming power to take out Cappuccino after Cappuccino.

It has four programmable buttons & one "Barista" manual button. With a metal body, Professional Rotary Pump, long rotary knob controlled Steam Wand, separate Hot Water outlet, the Undici is a sturdy machine designed for a long service life.
