XT introduces manual flow profiling for each group, allowing baristas to adjust the flow rate in real-time. This feature helps to enhance the unique flavors of different coffee beans, reduce acidity in freshly roasted coffee, and mute bitterness in dark roasts.

REAL TIME WEIGHT CONTROL XT’s Weight System converts water flow into grams with accuracy, eliminating the need for scales. This system ensures perfect dosing by recording the quantity of water and the gram dosage of the espresso, making programming the dosing buttons straightforward.

THERMAL STABILITY:

High energy efficiency through optimized thermal stability.

Patented Multiboiler technology allows you to set the temperature with a 0.1° precision and find your sweet spot. Heavy brass groups with saturated groups make for super stable extractions.

Each group on the XT is monitored by an updated PID system that regulates temperature with precision, ensuring stability. Each group operates independently, displaying real-time brewing variables, enabling baristas to customize settings for different coffee origins.

54 mm-diameter portafilter, ergonomic handgrips, easy and precise milk frothing. Optional 58 mm portafilters also available !

platform Technology:

GCS: Grinder Control System enables the machine to adjust the grind size automatically enabling consistent extraction throught the day.
