The Espressa Alpha S1
The S1 is equally comfortable to be placed in your home coffee bar or in professional environments serving high quality beverages. S1 has features of high end machine at prices that will surprise you.
The machine has a solid build with a metal body & a large 10 inch touchscreen that displays all the extraction parameters like pressure, flow, temperature etc in real time. Each recipe can be subdivided into pre-infusion + five stages within which pressure, flow volume, interval times etc can be setup.

All information about the extraction can be seen in real time as the recipe progresses.
The S1 has two independent boilers for coffee & steam along with a four hole steam wand.
58 mm Coffee Group with independent heating control.
Exposed part of Group insulated from the top to prevent scalding.
Long life BLDC pump allows for pressure profiling.
